~ Belle Robinson: The One and Only! ~

Belle was born and raised in Unova with amnesia. She only had her mother, and the pair lived peacefully in Floccesy Town for a time. At a young age, Belle's mother found out she alone could not care for the child, and gave her to the Nurse Joy in town. Over time, Belle forgot her mother because of her disorder and time itself, and often she would forget what she just did or what her name was. The nurse took notice of this, but she was unable to help because she was busy. Besides that, Nurse Joy took good care of the girl, but Belle would often get bored in the Pokemon Center and leave for a bit. She would play with any Pokemon at Pledge Grove ( though there were hardly any ) and Route 19/20, developing a wonderful bond with them throughout the years. She was reserved and shy around people, though. Mostly because all they did was smile and walk off.

One fateful day, though, a boy about the same age as her saw Belle playing Hide and Seek with a couple of Pokemon, and the little boy wanted to play. Belle hesitated, but agreed, since this was the first person to actually do something with her. She and the boy ( Belle can't remember his name ) quickly became great friends, the two playing with each other and Pokemon almost every day. This pattern went on for a few years, and the two were inseparable. When Belle and the boy were about 9, the boy discussed his dream, the classic - he wanted to become a Pokemon Champion. Belle never learned much about Pokemon, but after this talk she wanted to become the greatest Trainer and Coordinator as well. The two pinkie promised that they would complete this wish. To remind each other, Belle gave the boy her favorite, prized charm for a bracelet ( it was a silver Pokeball given to her by her mother, where it was originally her deceased father's ) and the boy gave her his prized treasure - his mother's ( now his ) heart shaped necklace - embroidered with a musical note in the middle. It was the last thing they both got from their missing parent. The dreams meant it to them this much.

Years later, Belle is 16, but she has not gathered up the courage to ask Nurse Joy if she could go on a journey. She leaves to ask her best friend for advice once more, but when she gets to his house, he isn't there. A puzzled Belle goes to see if he's at their meeting spot, but he's gone. Belle becomes worried and immediately tells Nurse Joy if she's seen her friend. The nurse replies that she hasn't, and Belle becomes depressed at the loss of her friend. She remembers the promise and thinks that he went off for his adventure. Belle walks up and has the courage right away to go on a journey - to complete both wishes and find her friend. The Pokemon nurse hesitated, but seeing how determined Belle was, she agreed.

Belle headed to Feronia, the newest region, to see if her friend was located there..
