Evo The Pokemon Ranger

Gender: Male
Occupation: Pokemon Ranger
Personality: Caring Towards Everyone, be it human or pokemon. Even if it means putting himself at risk, he is dedicated to those in need of help, and always ready to help others. He is very Brave, Loyal, and Honest to those around him and would never backstab them. He will do anything it takes to stop disaster from befalling anyone in need.
Appearance: Dresses himself like a Raichu, Making himself look as close to His most beloved pokemon as possible. He also has Blue eyes, and has spiky, yellow hair. The costume he wears is very accurate, and is meant for general wear. He has alternate forms of the costume for formal get togethers or other events, but for the most part, its just a generic Raichu Costume. He tends to Keep his Pokemon out of their pokeballs, so he doesnt use the normal belt of pokeballs like most trainers.
History: He was raised by pokemon, taught to forever treat everyone around him with care and respect, rather then war and disgust. Because of this, he has a natural ability to understand pokemon and their feelings towards him. He is a soon to be pokemon ranger, and is trying to make sure no one falls prey to fates cruel nature. He was actually saved by the pokemon he so adores in a forest fire one day, and ever since, he fully respects the breed to its fullest extend, even to the point that if other trainers are abusing them it makes him mad.

Please fix:
Humans cannot understand Pokespeak
You cannot be a ranger instantly, you must request an encounter with one before you become a ranger. (You can do that as soon as you get your starter pokemon though so you can just put "soon to be" in there
