Personality: Jeff's not your average trainer. For starters, he has a mental disorder called Asbergers that affects him in a lot of ways: short temper when angry/agitated, spontaneous when happy, lonely when depressed or sad, and can get bored easily. Also, sometimes he can get worked up over nothing which impedes on some things, such as getting worked up on a trainer's pokemon and forgetting about a wild pokemon in an encounter, but that very rarely happens. As for his zodiac sign, Jeff is a Capricorn but also not a Capricorn. Normally, Capricorns are laid back, shy, clean freaks. But not Jeff- he's basically the opposite of shy. He's outgoing, social, and kind. He's not a clean freak, and he's still laid back.

History: Jeff was born in New Bark Town of Johto. At age 3, his mom gave him a Charmander to care for, and he immediately fell in love with it. Naming it Kai, he was the happiest he could be. At least until age 7, when Kai caught the PokeRUS. Jeff tried to cure Kai, but by the time the cure was found for the pokerus a year later, Kai was already dead. Because of his diagnosed condition, he ended up being traumatized by the incident, lengthening what normally would be 1 month to get over a pokemon's death to 6 months. Then after that, he decided that once he turned 13 he would become a Pokemon trainer. 2 months after he turned 15, he arrived in Feronia.
