Nick walked through the city. He wasn't sure where to go after he gets his pokemon. He traveled this far just by hitching a ride with a trainer. The trainer however, wanted to go farther, so Nick stopped there. He entered the lab. He figured he should get his pokemon first, and think later.

A scientist fussed over his coat, which was a shocking yellow with black bolts all over it. He opened the door before the trainer knocked, seeing him ride up with the trainer. He looked over the trainer and said, "Shoes don't match. Fashion is a bit out of style, and hair is a mess...did you come here for a makeover or a pokemon?" The scientist scoffed. He waved for the kid to come in, "Say you're name." he ordered.

"I'm sorry, I believe the fashion show judges were on the other side of the city." Nick said. If the scientist was going to be rude, then Nick will too... "Sorry, been a rough past few days..." Nick Sighed. "Names Nicolas Franzurg, I'm here for a starter pokemon." Nick looked around the lab.

"Ok, mr. know-it-all. What pokemon would you like?" was all the scientist said.

Nick mumbled. "Says sorry, no effect..." Nick cleared his throat and spoke again. "i would like a pachirisu." Nick said. He debated to be a bit snappy then remembered his friend.

The scientist tossed the first pokeball he saw at the trainer. He didn't even check that it was pachirisu! Inside the pokeball, a Deino popped out and chomped on the trainer's leg. It growled a bit, not knowing what it was biting. The scientist came back with a pokedex and five pokeballs, he looked at the deino and simply muttered, "oops."

'Ah! Gosh!" Nick kick the deino off of him. I get a feeling that scientist did that on purpose. "So can you give me the right pokemon this time?" Nick said with a bit of anger in his voice.

"Sure sure." The professor returned the deino and tossed Nick a pokeball. It landed in his hands and opened up to reveal a pachirisu!

Nick looked at the Male, jolly pachirisu. "I think I'll call you... Pachirisu. I can't actually think of a name for you. Yet at least.." Nick looked at some supplies on a table. The scientist seemed to distracted by the other pokemon and a computer so he grabbed them and got out, pachrisu following behind.

The trainer had grabbed 5 pokeballs and a pokedex. The scientist never even noticed they had left and the missing supplies, he was too busy fixing his clothes to look perfect.
